A recent upholstery project was at  the new restaurant Captain Baxters at St. Kilda Sea Baths, commissioned by Designer  DH Designs to create comfortable, intimate and cool seating, detailed lounge banqeuttes, felted wall panelling as well as oversized booth seating.

The Seatery worked successfully with Architect Woods Bagot to create recessed, upholstered seating booths that provided private study areas at the Australian Catholic University library, along  with banquette seating with matching ottomans and throw cushions to fashion a relaxed reading area. Designer John Pierre Designs chose The Seatery to help create an elegant , stylish establishment through the use of lush leather upholstered bench seating with deep diamond buttoning at the Massoni Wine Bar in Collins St, Melbourne

Another successful project was at the Hilton Hotel at Southbank, Melbourne with Designers, The Plenary Group, creating sophisticated yet functional long banquette bench seating  which complement the soaring ceilings and tropical space created in the bar and cosy  booth seating in the restaurant.  Showing their versatility The Seatery also worked closely with exhibition designer Zera Haisma for “Going Places, Sitting Down” at the NGV Kids Corner at the Ian Potter Centre, National Gallery of Victoria, creating upholstered, fun play areas including a cone and tunnel .

The Seatery also recently completed a large upholstery project in Canberra for The National Museum of Australia creating  large circular banquettes of 22 seats in the foyer area of the Large Object Display Zone. The Seatery were chosen by Retcom Projects as renowned experts in upholstery stitching styles  for the diamond stitching, which was a main feature.
